I have been a regular customer at this location for a period of time. The attitudes and quality of service has been excellent...until today. My appointed time was at 2:07 PM. I arrived at 2:00 PM. The "scoreboard" said that I was to be seen at 2:11. At 2:40 I noted my name deleted and another person called. I questioned what happened to wit I was told that I should have checked in. I had never been informed of this in the past and asked why they were running so far behind. I do accept my responsibility for my error. I got the same answer from Jamie. (I also noted that she had received a dismal review inthe past. It must be well founded. Instead of accepting responsibility for being tardy, she attempted to lay blame on me. She took exactly 3 minutes to cut my hair. There is nothing cordial or considerate in her demeanor. I checked out and gave her a well deserved tip of nothing. I erred in doing so because, $.01 woild have made a more impactful statement. I reiterate my endorsement of the facility. I also reiterate my disgust for Jamie.Sport Clips would be well served if she were to be dismissed... the sooner the better.

My 5 year old son loves getting his haircut with Keni. She's awesome with little kids and always gives my son an amazing hair cut, that last long.
